    The most pleasant and amazing team. Melvin and his team are ultimate professionals and have the best attitude. Always smiling and happy, they made sure everything was to our liking. We had a number of changes in the project as we went through the project, every single time Melvin was willing to make changes as requested. We had our township inspections delay the project by a few weeks couple of times for extremely minor things, but Melvin was always willing to put in extra time The outcome was beautiful and did not go over budget. Like another reviewer said, the only thing better than Melvin’s work is his positive attitude!!! This team is going to do all our future work. See more See less

    Melvin and his team were AWESOME! Extremely patient and understanding as we changed materials and design throughout. Melvin’s attention to detail was exceptional as he re-did the shower floor because it wasn’t up to his standards the first time. Would 100% recommend; Melvin is great to work with.     Melvin and team did a fantastic job for my family on a number of jobs. The largest was taking over a closet demo/renovation from a previous contractor. He helped match/install flooring, paint, build a custom closet and install lighting on the cabinets and ceiling. I highly recommend reaching out to Melvin before doing any kind of work. It's not easy to find professionals who have good communication, great timely work, and competitive rates like Semcore. See more See less

    Our old faucets of the bathroom sink are broken, and we bought new ones. But they are too large to fit into the holes of marble countertop. So, we called Melvin to help core and enlarge the hole size of the countertop. Melvin is very skillful, experienced and professional. And more importantly, he is very friendly. He finished the job within an hour, and additionally, helped to fix a wall hanger that bothered us for a long time. Really happy with his service and the cost.     The work they did was amazing and they didn't finish until I was happy with everything! Melvin was great to work with, he really listened to what we wanted while also sharing his professional opinion, which was greatly appreciated and helped us to make some decisions that we absolutely LOVE now that our basement is all finished!     Semcore did 2 complete bathroom remodels. They were very professional my master bath they took out a garden tub and replaced with a shower stall and linen closet. They kept my home very clean as they were working and cleaned up at the end of every day. Melvin made sure I was happy with everything that was done every step of the way.
